We took the lead in establishing In-house translation quality standard system, based on The Translator’s Charter, National Standard of the People’s Republic of China – Translation and National Standard of the People’s Republic of China – Interpretation. The projects and translators in our company are quantitatively managed by database; therefore, no matter how big the project is, quality is always best controlled.
In Xlmedtrans, we apply project manager system. Every project managers, who are Doctors of Medicine or Pharmacy or foreign expert having over 5 to 10 year translation experience in medicine, pharmacy and medical device, are in charge of the whole project, rigorously inspecting the translation process.
In addition, for the translation from Chinese into a foreign language project with high difficulty, translators with bilingual background or foreign translators are engaged to ensure professional and authentic expression. For instance, our translators with Japanese nationality have accomplished various Chinese-to-Japanese projects consisting of pharmaceutical market analysis reports, clinical research protocols, inspection reports of medical device and medicinal dissertations for Tanabe, Otsuka, Kyowahakko, Kuraray Medical, etc., and won consistent high praise.
